How to Book


  • Select your destination, enter arrival, departure dates, number of guests and click on "Search";
  • Our system will provide you with available apartments;
  • Choose your apartment(s) and add them to “Your Selection”;
  • Once you have finished selecting the apartment (s), click on “Your Selection” and the apartments you have selected will display;
  • Enter your customer information and click on SUBMIT REQUEST;
  • Within 24 hours of your request, our team will respond with confirmation of available apartments.

Prices quoted on the web-site

For European Apartments, the prices are quoted in euros.

For New York Apartments and villas in Bali, the prices are quoted in US Dollars.  

How to confirm an apartment

  • 30% of the rent is required to confirm the apartment (booking deposit);
  • Balance is required 1 month prior to the arrival date.

How to pay for an apartment

  • By bank transfer.  Bank details will be provided upon request.
  • By credit card via “Paypal”.  A PayPal Payment request will be sent to you.  A 2% credit card transaction fee will be added to the amount

How to settle the security deposit

For most apartments (nearly 90%), upon arrival at the apartment, the representative in charge of your arrival will ask you to sign a “credit card authorisation form. The credit card does not get charged.  The form simply authorises to charge your card in case there has been damages made to the apartment during your stay.

For some apartments, a 200 euro security deposit is required via Paypal before the arrival date. Credit Card Transaction fees will not be added. The deposit will be refunded via Paypal about 3 days after your departure.

Cancelling your reservation

  • The booking deposit, less a 100 EUR administration fee, will be refunded if the cancellation occurs more than two months before the arrival date.
  • The booking deposit will not be refunded if the cancelation occurs less than two months before the arrival date
  • The rent balance is due 1 month prior to the arrival date and is non-refundable.  

In case of any last minute major issue with the reserved apartment, such as flood, electrical fault, or any other major issue which, according to MPA Travel Inc., makes renting the reserved apartment impossible, MPA Travel Inc., reserves the right to either offer an alternative accommodation, suitable for the same number of people, in replacement of the apartment agreed upon or to reimburse the rent and security deposit. No extra compensation will be due for such cases.

Rental Agreements

When renting an apartment from MPA Travel Inc. (, you will receive by e-mail the following agreements: 

1.  MPA Travel Inc., which includes the name of the tenant, dates of the rental period, price payment information

2.  Contracted Property Management Company, which you will be asked to sign upon arrival
